New Exhaust for my bike.

I made this exhaust due to the overall running condition of my bike. I had no lo end and, it popped and backfired every time I let of of the throttle. Here we go.1st picture is a before picture.


It ran good at mid to high RPM but, down low it was horrible. I decided on 4into 1



I cut up the Vance and, Hines Sidewinder and, tried to go crazy.





I used the old collector from the Sidewinder


I only have 3 1/2" of ground clearance so I had to oval the pipe as I ran it right next to the oil pan.





I am lucky I had a bunch of junk exhaust laying around because I used a lot of different bends.





I then re attached the megaphone to the pipe and, made it a high mount. I like the look I think it is going to sound bad as!









This was actually quite a task seing that I have never made a custom exhaust. I am waiting for new exhaust gaskets, I need to grind the welds down a bit and, make sure that there are no leaks but, I am very pleased with the end result.
